Changes to the delivery address can only be accepted before shipment preparation begins. Once shipping work has started or a tracking number has been issued, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Items will be shipped sequentially once they are ready for shipment. Delivery may take longer depending on order details, delivery area, and inspection status.
If delivery fails, redelivery is required, or items are returned due to incorrect input information, the customer may be responsible for related costs.

After receiving your item, please check as soon as possible whether the order details are correct and whether there are any defects.

If you receive an item different from your order, or if there is a defect, damage, or stain not described in the product information, please contact our store within 7 days after receiving the item.
We may ask you to send photos showing the condition of the item so that we can confirm the situation in detail.
After reviewing the details, if the issue qualifies as an initial defect or incorrect delivery, we will promptly handle it through a return or exchange.
In this case, return shipping fees will be fully covered by our store.

Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as a different image than expected, size differences, or ordering mistakes, are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

However, if the delivered item has a significant issue that differs greatly from the product description, such as a malfunction or major damage not described, we will respond if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.

• Items clearly stated on the product page as not eligible for returns or exchanges

Minor scuffs, dents, scratches, or other damage may occur to product boxes or packaging during distribution or delivery.
Damage to outer packaging that does not affect the use of the item itself may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If a return is accepted, the refund method will vary depending on the payment method used.

• Credit card, PayPay, etc.: payment cancellation or refund processing
• Bank transfer, etc.: refund after confirming the refund bank account

Refund processing may take about 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and confirmed.

As a general rule, cancellations due to customer convenience after order confirmation are not accepted.
